Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is completed.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after processing, depending on the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over €80.
• A flat shipping fee of €7.90 applies to orders under €80.

Destinations

We currently ship to Italy, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Germany, with other European destinations available at checkout where supported.

Customs and Duties

Applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout. Should any additional local charges apply, they will be communicated where required.
