Refund policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Below is how refunds and shipping costs are handled in each case.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, and the request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is at your own expense: you arrange the return shipment yourself and pay the carrier directly; we do not charge any return fee. Only when an item is defective or we sent the wrong item do we cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds & Shipping

1. Full no-reason return: we refund the product price plus the standard outbound shipping you paid at checkout (€7.90). Return shipping is at your own expense.

2. Partial return (only some items): we refund the price of the returned items; since the order has shipped, the original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is at your own expense.

3. Defective or incorrect item: you receive a full refund, including both the outbound and return shipping (return shipping reimbursed on proof of receipt), at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

Log in to your account at account.zirr.store, select the items to return and submit the request; or email support@zirr.store. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address (Via Volturno 137, 20861 Brugherio (MB), Italy).

Refund Timing

We process refunds after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
