退款政策

We want you to be happy with every purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. The sections below explain how refunds and shipping costs are handled.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at your own expense: you arrange the courier and pay them directly — we do not charge any restocking or handling fee. If the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product, the return shipping cost is covered by us.

Refunds and Shipping Fees

1. Full-order returns (change of mind): we refund the product price plus the standard delivery fee you paid at checkout (€7.90). Return shipping is at your expense.

2. Partial returns (only some items in the order): we refund the price of the returned items; as the order has already been dispatched, the original delivery fee is not refunded. Return shipping is at your expense.

3. Faulty items or wrong item received: you receive a full refund, including the original delivery fee and the return shipping cost (reimbursed upon proof of payment). You will not bear any cost.

How to Request a Return

Log in to your account at account.zirr.store, select the items you wish to return, choose a reason and submit the request — or email us at support@zirr.store. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address (Via Volturno 137, 20861 Brugherio (MB), Italy).

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund is issued to your original payment method and usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
